What information helps with a module repair evaluation?
Provide the vehicle year, make, model, VIN, module part number, diagnostic trouble codes, symptoms, and any previous repair or water-damage history. Clear photos are useful when damage is visible.
Can you repair a module that has no communication?
Some no-communication faults can be repaired, but the cause may be internal power, processor, memory, network, corrosion, or vehicle wiring damage. Bench evaluation is required before repairability can be confirmed.
Will my original coding and vehicle data be preserved?
We aim to preserve the original data whenever practical. If memory recovery, software restoration, cloning, or replacement is required, we explain the available options before additional work is performed.
What happens if the module cannot be repaired?
If repair is not practical, we report the evaluation result and discuss supported alternatives such as cloning to a compatible donor or programming a replacement. Additional work is not performed without approval.
