Information You Provide
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

vehicle make, model, year, and VIN;
module type, part number, and serial number;
vehicle symptoms, diagnostic codes, and requested services;
descriptions of package contents;

photographs of modules, labels, components, vehicles, or packaging;

Dealer Account Information
If you apply for or use a dealer account, we may collect:
dealership or business name;

account login and authentication information;

invoices and payment status;

Dealers are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to provide their customers’ vehicle and personal information to us.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Stripe may collect payment-card information, billing details, transaction information, device information, and information used to prevent fraud. We do not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Website, we or our hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information, such as:

We currently use basic analytics to understand Website visits and time spent in service categories.

Certain essential technologies may still be used when necessary for dealer login, security, order processing, language preferences, or basic Website operation. Stripe and other service providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their respective policies.

We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use personal information to display targeted advertisements based on activity across unrelated websites.

We do not currently use advertising cookies.
The Website or its service providers may use limited session, authentication, security, language-preference, payment, or technical storage mechanisms when necessary to operate the Website.

Do Not Track Disclosure

uploaded photos and diagnostic files may be retained while needed to complete, document, support, or resolve issues involving the service;
technical and analytics records may be retained for a shorter period appropriate to security and Website analysis.
We may retain limited information longer when required by law, needed to prevent fraud, or necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or securely dispose of it.
