Pricing: Dealer pricing depends on service type, job complexity, and expected order volume. Not every service has the same discount.
Turnaround: Estimated completion times begin after the shipment is received and the requested work is confirmed.
Identification: Every module must be linked to an order number, customer reference, or clearly marked job sheet.
Diagnosis: The sending business remains responsible for proper vehicle diagnosis and confirming that the submitted module is related to the concern.
